SECURITY POLICY

Effective January 1, 2007

1. The CADMigos.com web site has been established by CAD-Migos Software Tools, Inc.and its Information Technology Department.
   
2. This web site is considered a public access site containing information which is freely accessible with restrictions of trademark, copyright, and ownership, and may be viewed by any visitor subject to the associated Terms and Conditions of Use.  These terms and conditions describe the restrictions on fair use, copyright, and intellectual property rights of that content as owned and defended by CAD-Migos Software Tools, Inc.
   
3. User registration for secured access to this site may be required when:
   • Customers need to identify themselves by any or all of:
     • Contact information including name, address, phone, and email
     • Banking information including credit card information or other payment identification
   • Customers wich to manage their account information including any or all of the information above which could be used to identify them
     
4. To facilitate site management, information may be collected for statistical purposes. Company computer systems can employ software programs to compile summary usage statistics, which may be used for assessing what information is relevant to users. The data so accumulated may be used to help determine technical design specifications, identify system performance, or pinpoint problem areas.
   
5. Except for authorized product purchases made via checkout procedures, security investigations, and data collection, no attempts will be made to identify individual users.  CAD-Migos does reserve the right to gather site traversal information for registered users in order to improve their shopping experience and identify products that may be of value to those users.  Accumulated data logs will be scheduled for regular deletion in accordance with schedules set by CAD-Migos Web administrators. The Privacy Policy details the CAD-Migos position regarding the use of personal information provided by customers/visitors.
   
6. Unauthorized attempts to upload information or change information other than one's own registered account via any CAD-Migos Web service are strictly prohibited, and may be punishable under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 and the National Information Infrastructure Protection Act.
   
7. CAD-Migos NEVER distributes, trades, sells, or otherwise transfers any registered account information to any third party for any purpose other than credit card transactions that occur only under the direct control of the registered users themselves when making product purchases.  Those transactions occur under complete security of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocols.
   
8. CAD-Migos never stores credit card information in human readable or encryption reversible form in any web site or server available to third parties.  All storage of credit card information is fully encrypted, unrecoverable even by CAD-Migos employees, and utilized exclusively for completing credit card transactions for specific product purchases under the control of the registered account customers.
   
9. User ID and Password policy:
   
   
   1. Internal access to sensitive or proprietary business information on CAD-Migos Web sites and servers including, but not limited to, accounts, orders, histories, and banking information, is limited to CAD-Migos employees who have been determined to have an appropriate business reason for having access to such data.
      
   2. Such internal individuals who are granted password access to restricted information on CAD-Migos Web sites and servers are prohibited from sharing those passwords with or divulging those passwords to any third parties. User will notify the CAD-Migos IT Department immediately in the event a User ID or password is lost or stolen or if User believes that a non-authorized individual has discovered the User ID or password.
      
   3. Customers establish private accounts through a registration process on the Web site in order to control their own preferences for identification information and associated banking inforamtion wherein they receive a User ID and password.  AT NO TIME IS THIS CUSTOMER PASSWORD READABLE OR USABLE BY ANY CAD-MIGOS EMPLOYEE.
      
   4. If Customer provides User ID or password information to someone else, User is authorizing that person to act on the User's behalf. CAD-Migos' records will be final and conclusive in all questions concerning whether or not your User ID or password was used in connection with a particular transaction.
      
   5. By accepting password access to restricted areas of a CAD-Migos Web site, the Customer agrees to protect the identity of the password from discovery by any unauthorized third parties. To protect against anyone acquiring your password, CAD-Migos suggests the following security measures:
      
      • Never give out your User ID or password.
      • Your password should be changed immediately if someone else identifies it.
      • Never use a simple or common word or phrase as a password.
      • Always use at least one number in your password.
        
   6. CAD-Migos will not be responsible for any damages caused by the unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and password.
