RETURNS POLICY

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE RETURNING YOUR PRODUCT OR YOUR RETURN MAY BE REFUSED!!

Most products sold on CADMigos.com come with a 30-day return policy from date of purchase. A minimum 10 % restocking fee may apply on all products but we work very hard with our manufacturing and distribution partners to avoid this fee. We guarantee that we will only pass along any restocking fees as charged by those partners and never initiate such a charge on our own.

SOFTWARE AND ALL OTHER CD AND DVD MEDIA PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
These items are copyrighted and subject to the laws concerning intellectual property. Defective software may be exchanged for the same title only within 30 days of purchase. Products returned under this policy, excluding replacement of defective items, must be shipped at purchaser’s expense. Purchaser must ship product with an approved traceable service, such as FedEx, and with appropriate levels of shipping insurance for the item being returned. CAD-Migos will not be held responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit.

CAD-Migos will issue a refund to customer’s account if the following conditions are satisfied:

Receipt of item(s)
A-Criteria for Minimal Restocking Fee:

1-All parts are included in box; hardware, manuals, discs, nuts/bolts, tools.
2-No signs of damage; scratches, bent parts, missing pieces, markings, alterations, or additions to the product.
3-All packaging materials are intact; foam, peanuts, cardboard, bubble bags.
4-No signs of excess usage or wear to the product.

B-Higher restocking fees apply if:

1-There are missing parts; hardware, manuals, discs, nuts/bolts, tools, and packaging materials; foam, peanuts, cardboard, bubble bags.
2-There are signs of damage; scratches, bent parts, missing pieces, markings, alterations, additions to the product.
3-There are signs of excess usage or wear to the product.
4-There is damage or loss incurred during uninsured shipping to CAD-Migos. In this case, CAD-Migos cannot issue any type of refund. Customer will be responsible to submit claim with their shipping company.
5-If damages occur in shipping, customer must submit claim with shipping company prior to any action by CAD-Migos.
Items Part of Special Bundle.
If item(s) is/are part of a special bundle offer, return of part of the bundle will void any special pricing and the item(s) remaining in the possession of the customer will revert to their regular SRP. The credit to customer will reflect the difference of the actual product SRP from the amount of the bundle offer.
Shipping Costs.
All shipping costs, VAT, duties and return costs are sole responsibility of customer.

Product Return Procedure

When returning a product, customer must first contact CAD-Migos and obtain a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) and a shipping address to which the return shipment must be directed. After receiving the RMA#, customer will be instructed to return product to the shipping address provided. Returned goods must be shipped with an approved traceable service, such as FedEx, and with appropriate levels of shipping insurance for the item being returned. CAD-Migos will not be held responsible for returned items lost or damaged in transit. International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes of their country.

DO NOT RETURN PRODUCTS DIRECTLY TO CAD-MIGOS AND DO NOT RETURNS PRODUCTS BEFORE RECEIVING THE RMA NUMBER AND SHIPPING DESTINATION AS DESCRIBED ABOVE.

RMA numbers are valid for 15 days, and the product(s) must be received by CAD-Migos before the RMA expires. We are unable to accept the return of any product(s) received after the expiration of the RMA.
